PayoutMatching and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to PayoutMatching. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PayoutMatching’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended and your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if not resolved, through the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
