Data Processing Agreement

Scope

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when PayoutMatching processes personal data on behalf of a customer as a data processor.

Roles

The customer acts as data controller. PayoutMatching acts as data processor, processing personal data only according to documented instructions from the customer.

Security measures

PayoutMatching implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Sub-processors

PayoutMatching may engage sub-processors to assist in providing the service. A list of current sub-processors is available on request.

Data subject rights

PayoutMatching will assist the customer in responding to data subject requests within required timeframes, to the extent technically possible.

Data transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.
